Martha Choque Tintaya aprob\u00f3 la \u201c<strong>LEY DEPARTAMENTAL\u00a0 DE REGULACI\u00d3N DE FUNCIONAMIENTO DE CENTROS DE ESTETICA DEL DEPARTAMENTO DE LA PAZ\u201d, <\/strong>para normar el servicio que brindan los centros de est\u00e9tica en el departamento de La Paz, para resguardar la salud de los ciudadanos del departamento de La Paz.<\/p>\n<p>Los centros debido a las irregularidades denunciadas p\u00fablicamente ante los medios de comunicaci\u00f3n por clientes de distintos centros de est\u00e9tica, por falta de normas que regulen el funcionamiento de estos centros causando da\u00f1os en la integridad de las personas, por \u00a0negligencia del personal que trabajan en distintos centros de Est\u00e9tica \u00a0ilegales; naci\u00f3 la necesidad de trabajar en una ley.<\/p>\n<p>En el departamento de La Paz, m\u00e1s de 200 centros de est\u00e9tica o spa est\u00e1n en funcionamiento y menos de\u00a0 20\u00a0 funcionan de forma legal; pero gracias a la \u201c<b>LEY DEPARTAMENTAL\u00a0 DE REGULACI\u00d3N DE FUNCIONAMIENTO DE CENTROS DE EST\u00c9TICA\u00a0DEL DEPARTAMENTO DE LA PAZ\u201d, <\/b>la sociedad podr\u00e1 recibir un servicio de calidad normado bajo la ley departamental; esta ley entrara en vigencia a partir de la promulgaci\u00f3n en la gaceta del Gobierno Departamental de La Paz.<\/p>\n<p>Esta Ley Departamental, permitir\u00e1 al cliente del servicio poder recibir una informaci\u00f3n detallada sobre los riesgos de tratamientos quir\u00fargicos, permitir\u00e1 mejorar el servicio en el Departamento de La Paz.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/asamblealapaz.gob.bo\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/05\/DSC_0008.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-9020\" src=\"https:\/\/asamblealapaz.gob.bo\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/05\/DSC_0008.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"600\" height=\"400\" \/><\/a> <a href=\"https:\/\/asamblealapaz.gob.bo\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/05\/DSC_0009.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-9021\" src=\"https:\/\/asamblealapaz.gob.bo\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/05\/DSC_0009.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"600\" height=\"400\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>La Asamblea Legislativa Departamental de La Paz, a la cabeza de la presidenta H.
