La Paz, 16 de noviembre de 2021 (PRENSA-ALDLP). – La Directiva de la Asamblea Legislativa Departamental de La Paz (ALDLP), la ma\u00f1ana de hoy 16 de noviembre de 2021, de conformidad con el Articulo 49 del Reglamento Interno de este ente legislativo, instal\u00f3 la VIGESIMA CUARTA Sesi\u00f3n Ordinaria del Pleno, que se desarroll\u00f3 en el Hemiciclo de la Asamblea Legislativa Departamental De La Paz (ALDLP), con la finalidad de tratar y considerar el Convenio Nro. 18\/21, Convenio Intergubernativo entre el Gobierno Aut\u00f3nomo Departamental de La Paz y el Gobierno Aut\u00f3nomo Municipal de El Alto, destinado al Ejercicio Coordinado de Competencias para la Implementaci\u00f3n del Programa de Desarrollo Integral de la primera infancia. En este entendido, el Pleno de la ALDLP, en el punto 3 de orden del d\u00eda y despu\u00e9s de la consideraci\u00f3n del Informe, emitido por la Comisi\u00f3n de Desarrollo Humano, Derechos Humanos, Pol\u00edtica Social Naciones y Pueblos Ind\u00edgenas Originario Campesino , el pleno por unanimidad resolvi\u00f3 aprobar el informe con CITE: ALDLP\/CDHDDHHPSNyPIO\/INF N\u00aa024\/2021-2022, referente a CONVENIO INTERGUBERTIVO, DESTINADO AL EJERCICIO COORDINADO DE COMPETENCIAS PARA IMPLEMENTACI\u00d3N DEL PROGRAMA DE DESARROLLO INTEGRAL DE LA PRIMERA INFANCIA.\"\"
\nAl mismo tiempo y despu\u00e9s de abordar el punto 4 del orden del d\u00eda, consider\u00f3 el Informe, emitido por la Comisi\u00f3n de Planificaci\u00f3n, Pol\u00edtica Econom\u00eda y Finanzas, el cual fue aprobado por unanimidad, con la finalidad de aprobar la MODIFICACI\u00d3N PRESUPUESTARIA INTRAINSTITUCIONAL Y CON CAMBIO DE FUENTE Y ORGANISMO FINANCIADOR PARA EL PROYECTO \u201cEQUIPAMIENTO DE UN LABORATORIO DE REFRIGERACI\u00d2N Y AIRE ACONDICIONADO EN EL INSTITUTO TECNOL\u00d3GICO ESCUELA INDUSTRIAL SUPERIOR PEDRO DOMINGO MURILLO\u201d.\"\"
\nAmbos Informes, despu\u00e9s de un an\u00e1lisis exhaustivo y su correspondiente tratamiento en cumplimiento a sus facultades y competencias establecidas en art\u00edculos 272, 277 de la Constituci\u00f3n Pol\u00edtica del Estado (CPE), concordantes con lo previsto en el numeral 1 del art\u00edculo 30 de la Ley Marco de Autonom\u00edas Y Descentralizaci\u00f3n, y art\u00edculos 7, 24, 32 Y 91 del Reglamento Interno de este ente legislativo, remitir\u00e1 la documentaci\u00f3n correspondiente ante el Ejecutivo Departamental para los fines normativos correspondientes.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
